Simon’s interest in psychology stemmed from a young athlete who became aware of the importance in finding meaning and purpose in life, with Simon completing his first degree in physiotherapy whilst he pursued his passion for competitive road cycling.

Simon has conducted research into the psychological factors associated with hamstring injuries in the AFL, in addition to completing a systematic review of self-compassion in competitive sport. Simon has also worked with a large organisation of over 200 people to help them manage the transition of acquiring another business.
