General Refunds

Unlimited Subscription Refunds
If a student accidentally purchases an annual subscription, they may request a refund for the difference between the annual and monthly subscription fee. To qualify for this refund, the student must contact us within 24 hours of the purchase. The refund will be based on the cost of a monthly subscription fee, and the annual subscription will be adjusted accordingly.
