Dr Trish Wisbey-Roth

Dr Trish Wisbey-Roth is one of the select group of Australia’s first Specialist Sports Physiotherapists (awarded 2010) and is recognised as a Specialist Dr of Physiotherapy. She is a Sports Specialist in spine, pelvic and hip problems. Trish is known for her expertise in the management and treatment of musculo-skeletal problems with emphasis on diagnosis, manual therapy where indicated and individualised exercise programs.  


Trish has been involved at the highest level of sport being part of the medical team at multiple Olympic games, Commonwealth games, World championships and National championships from 1991 through to 2019.  


A physiotherapist with over 30 years of experience, Trish has completed both a Sports Physiotherapy Masters at the AIS Canberra and Post Graduate Manipulative Therapy training. She has pioneered the design of simple and effective, repeatable rehab strategies to optimise recovery and performance after injury. She is currently consulting as a Specialist physiotherapist at Take Control Active Rehab.
